Food Cravings Chart

This is good information for everyone. Will help everyone out to be a little healthier! Please share this with everyone!

Chicken and pasta

First off I have to say sorry for the blurry picture!

What we have here is a whole wheat pasta dish.

Brussel Sprouts/squash and onion  ( all organic) cooked in lime/butter and mrs. dash seasoning. Steam them in the pan by adding a little water and cover.

Free Range Chicken cooked in lime and butter. Steamed this also the same way. In another pan I made a 'sauce' with tomatoes, green peppers and a little lime juice. Once that was a little cooked down and sauce like I put it in with the chicken, added basil and POOF a nice sauce for the pasta.

I also made sweet corn on the cob ( kids asked for it)

This was a great meal! I am very pleased with the transition we are taking. Small steps!

Chicken and Veggies one way.

So chicken and vegetables can be done in tons of different ways - we all know this.

My family and I have decided to start going a little more healthy and trying to get better foods into our body. Here you will see Free Range Chicken pan seared in butter, Mrs.Dash seasoning, and a little lemon juice. In the same pan I took organic Brussel Sprouts, Green pepper, squash and onion and seared that with butter, Mrs. Dash and a little lemon juice. Served it hot with a little white rice and water.

We add pepper to taste because each person is different. This was a lovely meal that left the palet wanting more. You can strum up a sauce to add if you want - I would recommend a garlic based sauce to go with this.

Enjoy!
